Crawford became a first-time mom on July 2, 1999. Since having children, she opened up about putting her family first before making any career move. The model-actress also admitted that she adjusted her approach to her own insecurities. It sounds like motherhood has made the model rethink her priorities.

There isn’t much information about when the two started dating, but they called it quits once Alfonso was born. The latter stayed out of the spotlight for most of his childhood and early adulthood. But in his early 30s, Alfonso began his acting and made his debut, along with his father, in The Shawshank Redemption. Subsequently, he starred in Se7en in 1995 and acted in television series such as The West Wing, ER, The Practice, and others. His most recent credits include Death’s Door and Inlighten Films.

Billy Dee Williams

Even though Lando Calrissian didn’t appear until The Empire Strikes Back, it isn’t easy to picture the original trilogy’s main characters without him. Portrayed by Billy Dee Williams, Lando is just as much a part of the original trilogy. Billy has amassed a sizable fortune and has accumulated 146 credits, but nothing beats his role as a father.

In 1960, the Star Wars actor married Audrey Sellers. Then 23-year old Billy welcomed his first child, Corey Dee Williams, the following year. Corey portrayed the character of Klaatu on Jabba’s Sail Barge and also doubled for his father as Calrissian in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. Though his scenes were short, Corey departed the set with an incredible narrative to share and the incredible honor of becoming an action figure! He has contributed to a few additional films, although acting is not his forte.

Bill Cosby

Cosby’s debut acting performance in I Spy’s espionage series made him the first Black actor to co-star in a prominent dramatic role on network television and earned his fame with The Cosby Show. The program ran on NBC from 1984 to 1992 and was the highest-rated sitcom for numerous years. But despite of it, being a father was his best achievement.

Erika Cosby is the oldest of five children born to then 28-year old Bill Cosby and Camille Cosby. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts in 1989 and then went on to the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a master’s degree in fine arts in 1991. Depp was struck by the sight of Paradis’ back, as he has stated numerous times. Then 36-year-old Depp welcomed his first child, daughter Lily-Rose, around a year after the aforementioned “back” encounter.

Lily-Rose Depp is carving her degree as a Hollywood star, and it certainly helps that she comes from a fabulous girl family. Her parents are both renowned, and she shares her time between Paris and Los Angeles. Lily is already following in her parents’ larger-than-life footsteps. Her first shot with French fashion house Chanel took place when she was only 15, making her the youngest ever Chanel ambassador. She co-starred in The King, was in Dreamland, and will star in the sci-fi thriller Voyagers.

Shakira

Shakira has been dubbed the “Queen of Latin Music” for her musical variety. The singer’s album propelled her profile as a top crossover performer, credit to the international number-one songs Whenever, Wherever, and Underneath Your Clothes. Shakira may be a phenomenal vocalist with “hips that don’t lie” in all of our sights, but she’s also a mother at home. Together with her partner, Gerard Piqué, the couple has two sons, and she has documented their family life since becoming a mother at the age of 35.

The couple welcomed their first child, Milan Piqué Mebarak, in January 2013. The name Milan (pronounced MEE-Lahn) means dear, caring, and gracious in Slavic; energetic and diligent in Ancient Roman; and unity in Sanskrit. Shakira confirmed she was pregnant with their second child a year later. With the advent of another kid named Sasha Piqué Mebarak on January 29, 2015, the family of three became a quadruple.

Wesley Snipes

Wesley Snipes is most known for his role in the Blade Trilogy. Apart from that, he had a string of film investments such as New Jack City, Demolition Man, and Men Can’t Jump. Because of his enormous clout, his personal life is one fascination for many of his fans.

At 26, the legendary actor became a father of a young boy named Jelani Asar Snipes. The latter wants to keep his personal life away from public exposure. All the public knows about him is that he appeared in his father’s film Mo’ Better Blues in a cameo role in 1990, in which he portrayed the character of Miles. Aside from resemblances and personality features, Jelani is currently following in his father’s footsteps in terms of career. He has inherited his father’s talent and charisma beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Jaleel White

Though we will never forget him as Steve Urkel, the clumsy, nerdy neighbor from the 1990s sitcom Family Matters, Jaleel White is now an adult. Not only that, but he’s crushing parenting with his “mini-me,” Samaya White, who’s by his side regularly. If you follow White on Instagram, you know that he doesn’t go a week without posting a picture of him and his kid. White makes it a point to have an excellent time with Samaya, whether it’s throwing a pizza party to celebrate the kid’s outstanding grades or taking the young lady to her first movie premiere.

Then 33-year old Jaleel welcomed Samaya with his ex-girlfriend, Bridget Hardy. Nobody knows what she wants to be in the future, but we believe the 11-year-old will follow in her father’s footsteps and become an actor. Well, given his father’s investments, Samaya has a promising career ahead of her.

Sam Elliott

Since 1984, Sam Elliott and Katharine Ross have been regulars on the red carpets of Hollywood. While they’ve worked together on multiple films, their daughter, Cleo Rose, is their most celebrated collaboration.

The 40-year-old Elliott welcomed Cleo just four months after his wedding to Ross. While we expect the latter to follow her parents’ degree, she grew up with a passion for music. Cleo began to play the flute and guitar as a child and has always enjoyed singing. She has a classical music background, having studied classical opera with Charity Chapman as a student. Cleo received her big break when she launched her solo album, No More Lies, in January 2008. She is not only a vocalist but also a member of The American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers. In fact, she composes music and lyrics for herself and other artists too. A father to five children, Mayweather had his eldest child, son Koraun, at the age of 22. The young gentleman took up rapping and launched his career as King Koraun and eventually released his first track, RACK$. Despite his influential parents, he is forging his path to a successful rap career. Although he did not follow in his father’s footsteps, Koraun is in charge of all areas of his career, on his route to greatness.

Matt Damon

Matt Damon takes pride in being a great father in addition to being one of Hollywood’s most recognized actors. The Jason Bourne star has won our hearts with his stunning looks and extraordinary charisma over the years. But nowadays, the actor melts our hearts through his sweet bond with his children. The actor has become quite the family guy at the age of 35.

In December 2005, Damon and Barroso got married and subsequently announced that they were expecting their first child together. The couple welcomed their first child, Isabella, in June 2006. But before becoming a biological parent, Damon behooved as a stepfather to his wife’s daughter, Alexia. Despite her father’s best efforts to keep a private existence, Alexia has remained in the public eye. She may also be attempting to follow in the footsteps of her renowned father, as she appeared alongside him in the 2011 film We Bought a Zoo. It seems that we’ll have to keep an eye out for any future acting credits!

Eddie Murphy

Eddie Murphy is a box office king with movie investments that reign supreme in Hollywood. He is no stranger to the spotlight, having been seen with his large family at film premieres and red carpets throughout the years. Murphy, however, could not be more “fortunate” to be the father of ten children, no matter how busy he is with his family.

At 28, the actor became a father for the first time when he and his then-girlfriend, Paulette McNeeley, welcomed their son, Eric, into the world. Murphy’s son led a quiet existence away from social media until mid-2021 when he began dating Martin Lawrence’s daughter, Jasmine Lawrence. Whether the two met on their terms or as a result of a project their fathers were working on, it’s evident that they genuinely care for one another. They are also the oldest offspring of two Hollywood legends, so there’s bound to be some comfort and familiarity.

Robin Williams

Robin Williams touched many people’s hearts through his performance and humor, but his three children will always be his most devoted followers. The late actor’s loving children continue their father’s remarkable degree by becoming renowned Hollywood stars themselves.

At 32, Williams became a father for the first time when he married Valerie Velardi and welcomed his son, Zachary. Zak chose a career in acting like his father and is most known for his role in The Graduates. He also appeared in The Me You Can’t See and Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind. Williams had a significant impact on his children’s lives, and Zak demonstrated the importance of honoring his father by naming his first kid, McLaurin Clement Williams, after him. Zak chose McLaurin because it is Williams’ middle name. As the latter’s grandchildren grow older, they will undoubtedly learn about all the incredible things the star has accomplished.

Kirk Douglas

Kirk Douglas was a Hollywood legend to the rest of the world, but he was simply a dad to his four kids. With his first wife, actress Diana Dill, the actor began having children at age 28. By far the most famous Douglas son is Michael, who is one of the best performers of his generation. Being the eldest son, his father was a significant influence in his life. After learning about the inner workings of the film industry from his father, he followed in his footsteps and earned a degree in drama.

Michael began his career on television and rapidly moved on to cinema, but with this performance in the show The Streets of San Francisco, he first gained success. Douglas’ most prominent and notable part is in the film Wall Street, which has become a cult favorite for audiences of all ages, and he has maintained a consistency in a profession that evolves at a dizzying pace, which remains a hallmark of a skilled actor.

David Beckham

Victoria and David Beckham were well-known on both sides of the Atlantic in the 1990s and early 2000s. While she was one of the Spice Girls’ members, he went on to become a worldwide soccer sensation. Victoria now owns a flourishing fashion investment, while David is the current president of Inter Miami CF and a co-owner of Salford City Football Club. However, for the past two decades, the two celebrities have relished their roles as parents.

Brooklyn, the couple’s first child, was born when David was 24. Whether through his work choices, relationships, or fashion taste, the young Beckham has grown up in a pretty well-photographed way. Despite playing football as a kid and raising questions about whether he’ll follow in his father’s footsteps, the boy chose to follow in his mother’s ways and pursue a career in modeling and photography.

Lee Majors

While playing the fame game has always been difficult, it was easier fifty years ago. Your fifteen minutes in the spotlight used to last a lot longer, especially if you kept yourself occupied. Take a look at Lee Majors, for example. In the 1970s, he ascended to fame as the star of the science fiction action series The Six Million Dollar Man. We will never forget his name since then, and he continues to get credits to this day.

It’s not unexpected that Majors has had a few children over the years, given his several marriages. He had his first son at 23, and he proudly named his first kid after himself. Lee Majors Jr. is the one with whom the actor had a minor personal relationship during his upbringing, as he relocated to Kentucky with his mother following their split. Major has the most children from his second marriage to former model Karen Velez. They had two sons, Dane and Trey, and a daughter, Nikki Majors.

Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage was only 26 when he had his first child, Weston Coppola Cage, in 1990. The kid is the actor’s only child with his former girlfriend, Christina Fulton. Now, the actor has two kids, and the other one is Kal-El Coppola Cage, whom he shares with his former wife Alice Kim. Weston and Kal-El both grew up under the spotlight. They have been on Hollywood film sets, and just like their dad, they, too, have a number of famous friends.

However, they both choose to live low-key lives, though they follow in the footsteps of their dad. Weston has been in two black metal bands, Eyes of Noctum and Arsh Anubis, and is also into acting. He also made an investment with his mom to launch their own line of menswear and womenswear, along with some accessories. Alternatively, Kal-El had a voice role in Teen Titans GO! to the Movies.

Diana Ross

Diana Ross was 27 when she had her first daughter, Rhonda Ross, in 1971. Born in Los Angeles, she was raised by the iconic singer herself and her first husband, Robert Ellis Silberstein, though her biological father is Berry Gordy. Sounds complicated? When Diana gave birth to Rhonda, she was already married to Silberstein. Diana, Silberstein, and Gordy were all aware of Rhonda’s parentage.

Diana and Silberstein introduced Rhonda to the public as their daughter. It was not until she turned 13 that they told her about her birth father. Despite what happened, the degree of relief Rhonda felt was immeasurable, as she started noticing her physical differences with her siblings. The revelation answered all her questions. All is well that ends well for the family, though. Rhonda is the eldest of Diana’s five kids, while she is the seventh child of Gordy’s eight children.

Sophia Loren

Sophia was already 34 when she had her first child Carlo Hubert Leone Ponti Jr. Getting pregnant was not an easy feat for the iconic actress. She was prescribed estrogen shots and underwent fertility treatments to conceive. Fortunately, all of the things she did had paid off, and she finally had a successful pregnancy. Her eldest child was born in 1968. A couple of years later, she welcomed her second son, Edoardo Ponti.

Now, Carlo is successful in his own right. He is an orchestral conductor working in the US, while his younger brother is a film director. He gets credits for conducting a number of orchestral ensembles and appearing in several festivals and events. Of course, Carlo’s incredible talent never goes unnoticed. He is a recipient of various awards and an associate conductor, music director, and principal conductor. So far, Carlo has released two recordings with the Russian National Orchestra.

Celine Dion

Celine Dion’s journey to parenthood was not easy. She took a break from her mega-successful singing career to focus on building her own family with her late husband René Angélil in early 2000. From here, she started to visit numerous doctors to get pregnant. When nothing seemed to work, the couple spent their investment money in in-vitro fertilization. Fortunately, it worked, and she finally got pregnant and gave birth to her first child, René Charles, at 33 years old in 2001.

Dion felt emotionally fulfilled. She once again underwent another round of IVF in early 2010, resulting in getting pregnant with her twins, Nelson and Eddy. Being a mother of three, the hitmaker called motherhood the “most challenging and rewarding job” that she ever had. Celine found being a mom a blessing and a great opportunity. Though it cannot be denied that she is a career-driven personality, her kids will always be her number one priority.

Demi Moore

Demi Moore and Bruce Willis used to get credits as one of the “biggest” things in Hollywood. They dated and ended up married in 1987. After just a year, they welcomed their first child, Rumer. Moore was 26 then. They got their eldest child’s name from the British writer Rumer Godden, and in the same year she was born, Moore returned to the big screen.

Moore then got everyone’s attention when she posed for a magazine cover while pregnant with her second child. Despite the dramatic response to her image, she saw it as a chance to challenge the perception of women and pregnancy. She knew mother and sensuality were not yet accepted, as people saw women as either sexy or a mother—she didn’t want to choose between the two. After that, Moore gave birth to Scout, followed by their third child, Tallulah, in 1994.

Elton John

Elton John was already 63 when he had his first child, Zachary, in 2010. The music icon has two kids with his husband of seven years, David Furnish. Talking about fatherhood, the hitmaker said he loves his role as a father. Despite that, though, he never sees himself having the same part when he was younger to a certain degree. He, too, has no plans to add in more kids to their small family.

John explains they are too old to have any more kids, but they may do so if they are 20 or 15 years younger. Anyhow, with two young boys in their home, they already have enough on their hands. John and Furnish used the same egg donor for their two kids, but they have yet to find out who between them is the biological father of either kid. They also have the same surrogate the second time they had a child, Elijah, who was born in 2013.

George Clooney

George Clooney welcomed his twins, Ella and Alexader, in 2017 at the age of 56. At the time, he had no idea what was missing in his life until he had kids. The actor revealed he was not looking at life, thinking it would be unfulfilled without any children. He felt he had a pretty full life until he met Amal Alamuddin, the famed international law and human rights lawyer.

From here, Clooney realized his life had been pretty empty, and when he saw his kids, the more he found how shallow his life was before. Thankfully, he found the right partner to spend his life with and build his own family. Amal gave him a sense of belonging, a sense of home, and unconditional love. Their marriage made him think that there were more things that he could get from just having a dog and a career.

Gordon Ramsay

Gordon Ramsay welcomed his first child, Megan Jane Ramsay, in May 1998. At the time, he was already 32 years old. The kid is now making her own name on social media, gathering more than 200,000 followers on Instagram. She also has completed her degree from Oxford Brookes University in the UK in 2019. Though it remains to be seen what path Megan will take, her social media posts show her love for traveling and hanging out with her friends and family.

Aside from Megan, Gordon has four other kids with his wife of 25 years, Tana Ramsay. They welcomed their twins, Holly and Jack, in 2000. Jack is into martial arts, while Holly is also a social media influencer like Megan. Their fourth child is Matilda, who is following in their dad’s footsteps as a chef. Lastly, Gordon’s youngest is the two-year-old Oscar, born in 2019.

Hugh Jackman

At 32 years old, Hugh Jackman had his first child, Oscar Jackman, when he and his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, opted for adoption in 2000. The couple then decided to expand their family in 2005 by adopting another kid, Ava Jackman. After going through a painful path to parenthood, the two took the matter into their own hands and chose adoption.

Hugh admitted it was not easy, but Oscar and Ava’s dad was destiny for him. He never thought of them as adopted, giving them credits as their own children. Though there are challenges, Hugh believes everything and everyone is in the right place with the right people. Now that the kids are young adults, Hugh wishes they can stay kids forever. Now that they are living for school, the X-Men star finds it cool to have conversations with them, though it takes him a little adjusting.

Will Smith

At age 24, Will Smith he welcomed his first child, Willard Carroll “Trey” Smith III, with former wife Sheree Zampino in 1992. Though it was never easy initially, Trey managed to blend with Will’s new family after his separation from his mom. The actor went on to marry Jada Pinkett Smith and have two kids, Jaden and Willow Smith. The degree of the bond they have built together is palpable.

Though Trey is not as high-profile as his two younger siblings, he is successful in his own right. Similarly, like his father, he is also an actor and has made many appearances on different TV shows over the years. Trey has also been involved in several short films and not to mention a musician who has worked with Jaden and Willow. It looks like there is more to come from this new generation of Smiths.

Jada Pinkett

At 27 years old, Jada Pinkett Smith welcomed her first child, Jaden Smith, with her husband, Will Smith, in 1998. In celebration of the kid’s 21st birthday, the actress paid tribute to her son, saying that being pregnant with him was one of the happiest moments of her life. She gave him credits for being the joy that she could touch, becoming her first experience of “tangible love.”

Despite being a kid, that actress shared that Jaden had taught her a lot about love and kindness. She even called him a “powerful teacher” in her life, and she felt blessed that she became his mother. Come 2000, Jada gave birth to her second child, Willow Smith. This time, it is her dad who opens up about their close relationship. If there is one female relationship that Will does not mess up with, it is with his only daughter. Though Willow may disagree, the actor believes he did right by her.

Catherine Bell

British-American actress Catherine Bell made waves in the television industry when she starred as Sarah Mackenzie in JAG from 1997 to 2005. The actress was formerly married to Adam Beason, whom she met on Death Becomes Her. While they were married, the two welcomed two beautiful children, Gemma and Ronan. Her eldest child, Gemma, was born in 2003 when Catherine was just 35 years old.

Not much is known about her daughter and her family in general since the actress is a pretty private person. However, the actress does take her kids on the red carpet every once in a while. The little lady is all grown up now, but we’re unsure whether or not she’ll be following in her mother’s footsteps. Still, even if she doesn’t trek down the same path, we’re sure she won’t have to worry about student loans in the future.

Jason Statham

English actor Jason Statham is best known for his anti-hero roles in explosive action films. He’s been dating supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley since 2010, and together they have one son, Jack Oscar Statham. The couple welcomed their first son in 2017 when Jason was 49 years old. For the most part, the couple likes to keep their son’s affairs a private matter. However, they aren’t too strict about sharing a few tidbits of their everyday lives.

While Jason mostly refrains from posting any pictures of his son on social media, Rosie sometimes treats her followers with adorable photos of the little guy. Judging by the photos Rosie posts on her Instagram, we can truly say that the two are doing a superb job at taking care of their son. We’re also sure that they’ve made all the right investments to ensure Jack’s future.

Garth Brooks

Garth Brooks is an impressive musician, but he’s an even more remarkable father to his three daughters. The singer welcomed his first daughter, Taylor Mayne Pearl, in 1992 with his then-wife Sandy Mahl. He was 30 years old back then and was at the height of his music career. However, despite juggling the constant demands of his job, Garth still managed to be involved in his daughter’s upbringing. He continued to do so even after his two other offspring were born.

He also went through a few difficult times as a parent, especially after lawyers finalized his separation from Sandy in 2001. Fortunately for the singer-advocate, he had the help of his current wife, Trisha Yearwood. According to him, his wife played a big role in helping him adjust to being a father of three grown-up daughters. Well, it seems like he did a pretty good job, especially now that one of his girls is currently pursuing a career in music.

Denzel Washington

Academy Award winner Denzel Washington has worked hard over the years to hone his craft and to be the best father he could be to his four children. The actor first became a father in 1984 when his eldest son, John David, was born. He was also 30 years old back then and was ready to start a family. As a dad, Denzel made sure that he becomes as involved in his children’s lives as possible.
Like many celebrity parents, Denzel also took his son to work and exposed him to the world of acting. However, John David didn’t really consider acting at first. When he was still pursuing his college degree, the younger Washington was more focused on playing football. Today, he is an up-and-coming Hollywood hotshot with a promising career ahead of him. He recently starred in the film Malcolm and Marie, and his father could not be any prouder.
